January Scramble at Bicester Heritage

About this event

The first Bicester Heritage Scramble of 2027 — one of the best-loved fixtures on the UK classic car calendar, held across the country's best-preserved Second World War RAF bomber station near Bicester, Oxfordshire. This January's headline display celebrates the three-door off-roader: classic and modern Land Rovers, original Discovery and Range Rover models, and plenty of Japanese 4x4s. Around it, hundreds of members' cars line the tree-lined avenues, there are curated displays across the Technical Site and out onto the flying field, and the site's specialist restoration and engineering businesses open their doors to show off cars old, new and unreleased. It's a proper family day out, not just a car show — there's a trader village, food across the site and hands-on activities for younger visitors. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Good to know: • Runs 9am–2pm • Tickets are sold per person and must be bought in advance — they're not sold at the gate, and January Scrambles often sell out • Mostly outdoors in January, so wrap up and wear sensible footwear • Around 1 hour 15 minutes' drive from Guildford
