Basingstoke Town

Basingstoke Town are a football club from Basingstoke in Hampshire, playing in the Southern League Premier Division South.

Founded in 1896, the club now plays at the Winklebury Sports Complex. Its Latin motto, 'Vestigia Nulla Retrorsum', means 'Never a step backward'.

Surrey fans can catch them when they visit Chertsey Town, so look out for those fixtures on Meli. Non-league football at this level is friendly, affordable and close to the action, and there is usually a clubhouse bar to enjoy after the final whistle.
