About this team

Lewes FC, the Rooks, are a fan-owned semi-professional football club from Lewes in East Sussex, playing in the Isthmian League Premier Division.

Established in 1885, they play at the Dripping Pan, one of the most characterful grounds in non-league football, and made headlines in 2017 as the first club to pay its men's and women's teams equally.

Surrey fans can catch them when they visit Leatherhead, so look out for those fixtures on Meli. Non-league football at this level is friendly, affordable and close to the action, and there is usually a clubhouse bar to enjoy after the final whistle.
