London Welsh

London Welsh Rugby Football Club is a rugby union club from Old Deer Park in Richmond, just across the Thames from Surrey, whose 1st XV play in National League 2 East.

The London Welsh name dates back to 1885, and the old professional club reached the Premiership in 2012–13 and 2014–15. After that club was liquidated in 2017, the amateur side carried on at Old Deer Park, won five promotions in seven seasons, and returned to the National Leagues in 2025–26. Fixtures against Surrey's Esher and Dorking are on the calendar.

Non-league sport at this level is friendly, affordable and close to the action. Check Meli for any upcoming fixtures involving Surrey sides.
