Chalky Lane

Tucked down a narrow country lane opposite Chessington World of Adventures, Chalky Lane is a small, unpretentious ground with a genuine village-club feel. It is home to Chessington & Hook United and, since October 2025, has also hosted Epsom & Ewell on a long-term groundshare, with the Epsom side playing in the Combined Counties League Premier Division South. Facilities are simple but welcoming: a seated stand along one side, covered standing behind one goal, and a clubhouse with a licensed bar, darts and TV, plus a burger bar serving teas, coffees and hot food. The pitch has a noticeable slope, which adds a little character. Crowds are modest, so you can pick your spot on the rail and hear every shout from the dugouts. A large free car park makes it an easy Saturday afternoon out from Chessington, Epsom or Surbiton.
