About

Wakehurst is Kew's wild botanic garden in the Sussex countryside near Ardingly, with an Elizabethan mansion at its heart and over 500 acres of woodland, wetland and ornamental gardens to explore. It is home to the Millennium Seed Bank, the world's largest wild seed conservation project, and its winding trails, treetop views and seasonal displays make it a wonderful day out in any season. In winter, the Glow Wild lantern trail lights up the woods. There is a restaurant and café, and plenty of space for children to explore.
