Coral Gold Cup Day is Newbury's biggest jumps raceday and one of the great occasions of the winter racing season. The centrepiece is the £250,000 Coral Gold Cup, a historic handicap chase that has been won by some of the sport's legends.
Gates open at 10am, with the first race around midday and the last just after 3.30pm, followed by an afterparty in the Denman Marquee. It is a superb festive-season day out with friends, and the course has its own railway station.
